We are testing the new generation K-Sports N-ONE in various scenes such as circuits, streets, and winding roads.
Although the body rigidity is high and the street has a solid feeling, the circuit and winding road have a decrease in response to steer operation and the instability during braking.
As a result of various tests, we understood that reinforcing the surroundings of the front subframe will dramatically improve handling, and developed a stiff plate like S660 and FK Civic.
Reinforcement is generally added to the bar, but the reinforcement at the bar is linear in one direction. However, cars are input from many directions, and it is necessary to lay out multiple bars complicated and increase in weight to suppress all bends and twists.
Since the stiff plate can reinforce multiple mounting points on the surface, it has a small increase in weight and has a reinforcement effect on input from various angles, drastically improving bending and twist rigidity.
The stiff plate for N -ONE has succeeded in ensuring a truss shape efficiently to the required areas of strength, increasing the strength of the horizontal load by more than 2 tons than the normal.
The material is 2.0mm thick JSC780 super high -ten material, and the surface treatment is genuine equivalent cation.

Despitee High Body Rigital and Rather Steady Feel in The Street Conditions, We Felt The Decreased Steering Resisting Respony and some Instability with Braking on Windin G Roads and Circuit.
